Each mold comes with 2 levels, one on each side.

- Stainless square head screws on the long side.
- Latch opens on shorter side.
- For a secure and tight fit, consider using black Silicone to seal edges and make it easier to view unsealed areas.
- Sides are 2.75", but can be requested taller.
